Brandy Cocktails

Today, I made a French cocktail called Sidecar. This is also one of the six drinks listed in David Embury's The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks (1848).
Ingredients:
Cognac (Remy Martin -VSOP): 2 Oz
Cointreau: 1 oz
Lemon Juice: 3/4 ozMixology: Shake
Served: Up
I didn't like the sugar rim, so I didn't rim the glass with sugar. It's good to garnish this cocktail with a peel of Orange and it's oil, but I was a bit lazy to do that today. Here is the photo of my very first Sidecar.
